  • It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Underwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items for health and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@zouqezamal.com within the 14-day return period.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Ship the Product: Once approved, send the item back to our return address (customer covers return shipping unless the product is defective).
  4. Inspection & Approval: We will inspect the item upon receipt. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • 80% of the product amount will be refunded after deducting handling and processing charges.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or store credit).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free exchanges (subject to availability).
  • To request an exchange, follow the return steps and mention "Exchange Request" in your message.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report it within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
  • If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
