- It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Underwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items for health and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Ship the Product: Once approved, send the item back to our return address (customer covers return shipping unless the product is defective).
- Inspection & Approval: We will inspect the item upon receipt. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Policy
- 80% of the product amount will be refunded after deducting handling and processing charges.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or store credit).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free exchanges (subject to availability).
- To request an exchange, follow the return steps and mention "Exchange Request" in your message.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report it within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item for verification.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
